Pump Test Facility
The testing system is to assess and figure out pump characteristic curves. It helps to collect data for pump performance evaluation which is used in developing pump design or providing pump specifications to customers.
High Pressure Pump
Single stage centrifugal Pumps are developed with advanced pitot tube technology and API standard successfully for demanding low-flow, high-head applications across multiple industries.
Mixers & Agitators
We incorporate with CAVITRON Ltd. to design specialized mixers and agitators such as in-line mixers, vacuum Agi-homo mixer, rotor-stator disperser, rubber dissolving machine, disintegrator, etc. for raw material handling in various processing industries.
Hybrid Servo Actuators
The Car Crash Simulator is composed of a control system, servo actuator, sled, rail, sled moving device, sled switching device, hydraulic supply system, etc. Hybrid Servo Actuators are the main parts developed to design and construct the Car Crash Simulators.
Car Frontal Crash Simulator
The Car Crash Simulator accurately reproduces the behavior of the occupants in a vehicle during collision and measures and evaluates injuries. Development of Car Frontal Crash Simulator is the first goal for reproducing the head-on collision.
Multi-axis Car Crash Simulator
The holy grail for car manufacturers is to dramatically decrease the number of real car crash tests by equipping the three big options of pitching, intrusion, and yawing in a motor vehicle collision simulator. A simulator of this type will allow them to bring collision-safe cars to the market at early dates and low prices.
Full-scale Crash Test Facility
A crash test is a form of destructive testing usually performed in order to ensure safe design standards in crashworthiness and crash compatibility for various modes of transportation (see automobile safety) or related systems and components.
Full-scale crash test facilities for testing according to frontal, side, rear, car to car, small overlap and rollover test protocols.
Climatic Wind Tunnel
Climatic Wind Tunnel is developed to provide realistic conditions for measurement and testing in full-range of environment and weather without bringing samples (automobile, high-speed train, airplane, etc.) to all over the earth.
Navy High-impact Shock Machine
Purpose of MIL-S-901D Medium-weight Shock Test Machine is to verify the ability of shipboard installations to withstand shock loadings which may be incurred during wartime service due to the effects of nuclear or conventional weapons.
Smart Ball Screw System
A sensor fusion is combining of at least 3 data sources: heat, vibration, motor current, etc. integrated in a smart ball-screw system for machine condition monitoring.
Micro Surface Texturing Machine
Establishing the feasibility of the use of deformation-based micro surface texturing has the potential of economically producing micro surface textures over a large surface area. A novel desktop micro-rolling system was successfully designed and manufactured for efficiently and economically fabricating micro channels on the surface of thin sheet material for micro fluid and friction/wear reduction application.
Tunable Damped Boring Bar
Internal machining operations are very sensitive to chatter and vibrations. Tunable damping boring bar can be tuned on the machine and tool for dealing with different vibration behaviors.
